Contract Recruiting Coordinator

We’re looking for a passionate Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-paced team and support our leadership hiring efforts. You’ll be on the front line, creating mind-blowing candidate experiences, day in and out. From the second you touch their resume, to the minute you coordinate a plethora of phone screens, to the day you schedule their in-person interviews, you’ll be finding new and creative ways to make them feel connected, valued and respected. Along the way, you’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure we’re handling our open positions as efficiently as possible and you’ll interface regularly with our hiring teams to manage complex interview calendars. This person plays an integral role in managing leadership recruitment activities, establishing rapport with candidates and hiring teams and acting as the candidate’s primary point of contact for information throughout the recruitment process.

Duration: 3+ months


  • Work directly with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers to schedule complex interviews and phone screens
  • Administer and track various tests, across studio teams
  • Schedule candidate onsite interviews and assist with coordinating travel logistics for out-of-town candidates
  • Provide follow-up correspondent to candidates on their status
  • Update our applicant tracking system throughout the entire assessment process
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with high profile, confidential and sensitive information
  • Respond with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require rapid turnaround and response
  • Using good judgement to make smart and timely decisions; knowing when to take ownership and when to involve other parties
  • Coordinate the relocation process for new hires
  • Promote best recruitment practices by sharing ideas and information to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Assists with special projects, as needed and schedule allows, to support talent acquisition initiatives

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience, preferably supporting numerous, diverse business units and work processes
  • Demonstrated experience with high touch and complex interview scheduling
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities in a dynamic environment with little to no guidance
  • Outstanding organizational skills, customer focus and impeccable attention to detail
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills, ability to establish great working relationships quickly and adept to switch gears at a moment’s notice
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote and PowerPoint)
  • Experience scheduling with Outlook or a similar calendaring tool
  • ATS experience (Greenhouse, Jobvite, Xpten, Taleo, etc)
  • Collaborative, team-oriented work style

Nice To Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience coordinating the logistics of an international interview
  • Exposure supporting senior leadership, management or high profile candidates
