Contract HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) Analyst

We are looking for a HRIS guru to join our fast paced team. You will serve as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors. You will help drive the implementation of various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance Management, Compensation, and Onboarding, and the release of new functionality and enhancements, as well as operational tasks. 

Estimated duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the People Team, IT, Finance, and other key stakeholders in the implementation, configuration, and management of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Participate in the design, testing, and data conversion for core and add on modules
  • Perform configuration updates to Employee Central and Foundation Objects
  • Provide day-to-day system support, including resolution of all system related issues.
  • Support data import and exports and assist with security management
  • Be the point person for companywide reporting requirements, with ability to interpret business needs and design custom reports, dashboards and various management reports and metrics
  • Conduct and coordinate testing when new update patches and/ or new releases have been implemented on SuccessFactors
  • Drive data integrity by scheduling and conducting audits and testing on a consistent, timely, and thorough manner
  • Develop, document and maintain system admin procedures, and employee resource guides

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on HRIS systems experience
  • Strong functional knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system, especially the Employee Central module
  • Experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including setting up permissions, workflows, and rules in the system
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to set priorities to coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data to ensure correct and efficient integration of HRIS system

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management, Compensation, or Onboarding modules
  • Knowledge of setting up advanced reports with SAP SuccessFactors system
  • Knowledge of setting up and leveraging HRIS analytics
  • Experience with deployment and testing of a system
  • Experience creating change management and communication plans, as well as the actual materials for deployment
