Bungie is seeking a talented, versatile Paralegal. This is a new role reporting to the General Counsel. The Paralegal will oversee and manage our Board of Directors administration activities, as well as assist with contract management, licensing transactions, intellectual property matters, and help support other legal needs as they arise. Responsibilities

  • Primary Company driver of cross-functional initiatives to support Bungie’s Board of Directors, its committees and shareholders
  • Drive Board of Director rituals such as candidate selection, interviews, and shareholder elections
  • Manage logistical planning and ensure successful execution for Board and committee meetings and events, including recording minutes, assisting with the development of presentation materials, and other administrative, advisory and oversight duties as required
  • Support the Company’s existing and new intellectual property programs and initiatives
  • Provide other corporate governance, licensing and document support as assigned by the General Counsel

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate
  • Paralegal experience, preferably in-house
  • Involvement and familiarity with corporate governance activities including supporting a Board of Directors and its committees
  • Experience with intellectual property licensing
  • Ability to communicate simply, clearly, and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, executives, and outside vendors.
  • Should enjoy special projects as assigned, be flexible with change, and have a desire to learn new areas of practice
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office. Capable of quickly learning new software solutions
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands with minimal supervision in an ethical and confidential manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Energized in an environment of rapid change and a willingness to be part of an “all hands on deck” team of doing what needs to get done to move the business forward
  • Start-up experience a plus
