We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-paced team and support our hiring efforts. You will be responsible for guiding candidates through our interview process, from the second you touch their resume, to the minute you coordinate phone screens, to the day you schedule their in-person interviews. You will provide candidates with a positive experience and ensure that we are communicating updates regularly with them. You will work closely with our People Team to ensure we’re handling our open positions as efficiently as possible, collaborating regularly with our hiring teams to manage complex interview calendars. This person plays an integral role in establishing rapport with candidates, acting as the candidate’s primary point of contact for information throughout the entire recruitment process.
