Bungie is seeking a motivated and skillful results-driven Recruiter to help continue our success in building high performing, passionate, and innovative teams responsible for creating amazing experiences like Halo to Destiny. Our studio needs a recruiter who will play a key role in growing the business as we continue into the next phase as a fully independent game studio. Our ideal candidate will aid in bridging the gap between opening and offer, one candidate at a time. You will partner closely with hiring managers and studio leadership to help develop, deliver, and execute an inclusive and diverse talent strategy plan that aligns with Bungie’s growth plans. You will also help to provide critical talent insights to help inform and influence our recruitment process, hiring philosophies, and overall assessment practices.

During these uncertain times and rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, all positions at Bungie are subject to onboarding and working virtually/remotely.

 

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for various levels within an organization
  • Proven ability creating candidate pipelines and a proven track record of hiring success
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization; operating in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives utilizing a variety of tools including LinkedIn, Boolean, Hiretual, Chrome Extensions, and other internet research tactics
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships; experience with coaching hiring managers
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing talent for hard to fill positions
  • Understanding of Boolean Logic, conducting other online researching tactics utilizing Chrome extensions, social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), and other online tools (such as Hiretual, Entelo, etc.)
  • Experience establishing and promoting diversity and inclusion; ability to identify high-performing and diverse talent
  • Proven experience leveraging innovative sourcing techniques to engage and convert passive candidates
  • Experience speaking with and assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications
  • Ability to effectively convey compelling communications and presentation skills to candidates
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining an ATS, metrics and reporting

Nice To Have Skills

  • Proven competitive analysis; knowledge of the video games industry and ability to identify competitors a plus
  • Proficiency with recruiting technology and sourcing specific tools for prospecting efforts; familiarity with Greenhouse ATS a plus
