We are searching for a driven, savvy, and well-organized individual that's looking to be challenged in a creative, fast-paced environment. The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will provide subject matter support in the areas of compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, HRIS, reporting and analysis, compliance and risk management, and immigration, among other areas.

During these uncertain times and rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, all positions at Bungie are subject to onboarding and working virtually/remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and procedures; oversee plan adjustments which are cost effective, consistent with market trends, and company objectives that are designed to attract and retain employees
  • Administer Leaves of Absence Program and Disability (FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, etc.); prepare required documentation and employee communications; partner with Finance and interface with other internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively make assessments to implement HR policies and practices to address identified issues and areas for improvement within Bungie
  • Through an understanding of company policies and practice, you’ll interpret situations, advise management and employees as needed, and provide front-line support on a variety of HR topics and issues
  • Communicate and coordinate compensation changes, promotions, transfers, and various data changes through established IT systems and workflows to ensure Finance and Payroll receive the appropriate information
  • Ensure a seamless on-boarding process for new employees by partnering closely with Recruiting, IT, Facilities, Finance, and hiring managers
  • Maintain working knowledge of legislation that may affect compensation and benefits policies/practices
  • Partner with outside Immigration Counsel to process immigration and international visas

Required Skills

  • Experience in Benefits, Compensation, or Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a high-tech environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, with an emphasis toward excellence in customer service
  • Analytical thinker that can solve problems quickly and diffuse issues by providing information, direction, and advice as necessary
  • Experience working in MS Office and a variety of HR information systems; Technical aptitude, including the ability to create pivot reports, vlookups, and charts/graphs partnered with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Dynamic personality that will build relationships and trust at all levels; Must have good judgement and a “can do” attitude including a strong work ethic and self-direction to drive tasks to completion with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated capability to improve and scale processes; A systems thinker who can effectively diagnose the root cause and affect large-scale change
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity at all times as well as multi-task and juggle multiple priorities under pressure
  • Demonstrated capability of handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Demonstrated proficiency in laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits
