Associate Business Operations Manager - Rhythm of the Business

The Associate Business Operations Manager (BOM) is a program manager for initiatives in support of Bungie’s Rhythm of the Business calendar and a project manager for internal communications. Under the guidance of the BOM, you will convene formal and informal working groups to address complex problems, find solutions, manage strategic projects on behalf of the Bungie Leadership Team, and own and drive ongoing meetings, communications, and processes as specified by the BOM.

During these uncertain times and rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, all positions at Bungie are subject to onboarding and working virtually/remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ongoing rhythm of the business meetings and communications: Team meetings, studio updates, quarterly meetings, etc.
  • Support the execution of internal communications for the Bungie Leadership Team
  • Provide detailed notes and action items from all meetings
  • Drive execution of projects in support of Bungie's Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Seek out dysfunction and misalignment on critical business topics and bring the appropriate individuals together to resolve them
  • Develop, refine, reinforce, and embody Bungie’s culture and values
  • Serve as a visible leader and studio champion, internally and externally
  • Support the Bungie Leadership Team on projects or meetings, at the request of the BOM
  • Reports to BOM

Required Skills

  • Outstanding project management skills: building and maintaining work backlogs, tracking, scheduling, and driving projects to on-time completion
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills: Ability to deliver executive presentations and broad-scale communications
  • Demonstrated experience in rapidly learning new methods and processes, and adapting them to critical business needs
  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills: Ability to drive high-value meetings through challenging discussions and build clear action items and accountability
