We are searching for a driven, savvy, and well-organized individual to join us as the HR Program Manager. You will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with the Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion teams. Key areas of focus include project management, organizational change management, strategic executive support, and establishing standards.

During these uncertain times and rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, all positions at Bungie are subject to onboarding and working virtually/remotely. Once the studio is fully reopened, most work is expected to be performed in-person at our main headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.

Responsibilities

  • Integrates and partners with colleagues to implement solutions for a scaling business
  • Effectively communicates program expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner, and acts as liaison with business stakeholders on an ongoing basis Develops and meets business case goals for program area; estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve program goals; identifies and manages program dependencies and critical path Provides oversite of departmental projects that support the People Team Initiatives: Benefits open enrollment, Workday implementation and module updates, performance development process, talent assessment, leadership development, diversity and inclusion efforts, and policy and procedure development Tracks program milestones and deliverables: Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation, and presentations. Establishes risk mitigation plans: Defines program success criteria and disseminates them to involved parties throughout program life cycle.
  • Maintains the database of People Team strategic initiatives, projects, tasks, and action items
  • Tracks and manages departmental annual calendar to ensure all projects are delivered on time
  • Assists senior leadership in the development and maintenance of the People Team’s strategic roadmap. Includes assistance in assessment and prioritization of various investments quantifying both benefits and ROI
  • Assists with the creation and execution of a change management plan and strategy.
  • Additional tasks and projects as assigned to support our operations and evolving people practices

Required Skills

  • Broad experience across human resources disciplines and tools
  • Knowledgeable in managing complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives

  • Highly organized, with a demonstrated capability to summarize, clarify, and communicate ideas
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Nice To Have Skills

  • Proficient with Workday HRIS and reporting tools
  • Experience with project management software, specifically Celoxis
