E-commerce Operations Manager, Consumer Products

The E-commerce Operations Manager is responsible for managing the company’s e-commerce sales channel and its operations, which includes maintaining content, addressing inventory needs, merchandising product offerings and collaborating with a variety of teams across the game development studio on sales and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations, merchandising execution, and maintenance
  • Manage the delivery of a best-in-class digital experience for bungiestore.com through the execution of all site updates
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of all existing e-commerce operations and current needs based on new technology and compliance
  • Identify new processes and ways to drive efficiencies while maintaining and creating training documentation
  • Manage the merchandise ordering process, embracing data and analytics to help drive decision making and its impact to the team’s P&L
  • Practice efficient supply chain/shipping approaches, solutions and proposals
  • Provide analysis of weekly sales data and web analytics with focus on performance indicators
  • Demonstrate creativity and knowledge of best in class standards and target consumer when suggesting actions to increase sales
  • Be the main point of contact with partners regarding inventory management, customer service, safety and compliance and planning
  • Provide the Consumer Products team with all necessary information to ensure the timely execution for all site refreshes and promotional updates
  • Support the planning of merchandise sales at events and consumer shows both locally and internationally
  • Support the growth of bungiestore.com internationally

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce business aspects including site content planning, execution, user experience, QA best practices and A/B testing
  • Demonstrated experience running operations in an E-commerce environment, including executing strategy
