Systems Designer (Incubation)
Bungie is seeking a highly technical, creative, and team-oriented designer who is excited to prototype our next great IP.
You may have specialties but you are, at your core, a full-spectrum developer. One day you will be building and balancing new weapons, the next day working on a damage system, and the day after that you'll be working on combatant behavior trees. You will likely touch all relevant systems to implement prototype features. For example, if you're working on the player spawning system, you'll likely also build a UI widget that allows players to choose their spawn location on the in-game map.
It's OK if you don't know how to do everything because there is nothing you're unwilling to learn!
You will not work in a vacuum. You will be able to speak the language of all the other disciplines to foster trust and a true spirit of collaboration. You are eager to use your technical know-how to make your teammates' lives easier and be a force multiplier for everyone.
