Bungie seeks a brave Associate Producer to work under the supervision of one of our experienced Producers and will be responsible for empowering the development of awe-inspiring games. We need a guiding force who loves games and wants to work with the creative minds who build them.

The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, tenacious, and tactical when under fire from alien invaders. The challenge will be to handle epic debates, and wrangle a consensus among passionate, creative leads. If you're an empathetic and passionate Associate Producer who is rigorous and flourishes when handling ambiguity, this might be the role for you!   • Collaborate with area leads to provide a specified team of content creators with relevant planning and documentation to ensure the successful delivery of their content
  • Advocate and defend clear and realistic production plans
  • Maintain the schedule, identify risks and escalate to production leads
  • Build and maintain all documentation necessary for the successful planning and tracking of your area
  • Identify and address any process bottlenecks in your areas
  • Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to Producers and Leads
  • Support the goals of broader project milestones
  • Support Producers with additional miscellaneous tasks
  • Communicate effectively and leave no doubt about the plan of record

Required Skills

  • 3+ years experience in internal games production or equivalent experience
  • Social intelligence, great interpersonal skills, and empathy for creative teams
  • Results oriented, focused and composed under pressure
  • Able to identify and resolve conflicts with members of various disciplines and external partners in a clear and efficient manner
  • Ability to quickly solve or seek the solution to any problem in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the games industry
  • Experience with MS Office Suite or similar software and/or diverse project management methodologies
  • Exemplary communication skills: Listen to, speak with, and resolve conflicts with members of varied disciplines and external partners in a clear and efficient manner

Nice To Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Completed a minimum of one large scale game cycle from start to finish or two or more non-game production cycles
