Bungie seeks a valiant Associate Producer to work under the supervision of one of our experienced Producers and empower the development of our evolving worlds. We need a guiding force who loves games and wants to work with the creative minds who build them.

The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, tenacious, tactical, professional, and have outstanding communication skills.   • Collaborate with area leads to provide a team of content creators with relevant planning and documentation to ensure the successful delivery of content
  • Manage the planning, scheduling, assigning, and tracking of detailed tasks and dependencies
  • Advocate and defend clear and realistic production plans
  • Assist the team, creative leads, and production leads to implement the vision for each project while staying within scope
  • Manage features as they move through the development pipeline
  • Identify, track, and resolve cross-team risks and dependencies
  • Facilitate communication between your team and others
  • Schedule and coordinate the details for all necessary meetings in accordance with individual and production schedules, and ensure action items are followed up on
  • Cultivate a fun, positive, and solution-focused team culture
  • Drive the goals of milestones in conjunction with the wider production team and the game development timeline
  • Maintain the schedule, identify risks, and escalate to production leads
  • Build and maintain all documentation necessary for the successful planning and tracking of your area
  • Identify and address any process bottlenecks in your areas
  • Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to producers and leads
  • Support the goals of broader project milestones
  • Support producers with additional miscellaneous tasks
  • Communicate effectively and clearly establish the plan of record

Required Skills

  • Relevant Experience producing a medium-sized group of varied disciplines
  • Social intelligence, great interpersonal skills, and empathy for creative teams
  • Exemplary communication and organization skills
  • Results oriented, focused, and composed under pressure
  • Able to identify and resolve conflicts with members of various disciplines and external partners in a clear and efficient manner
  • Ability to quickly solve or seek the solution to any problem in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the games industry
  • Thorough understanding of game development processes and disciplines
  • Experience with MS Office Suite or similar software and/or diverse project management methodologies
  • Experience with agile development processes

Nice To Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Completed one or more large scale game cycles from start to finish or two or more non-game production cycles
