Contract Marketing Coordinator

Bungie’s marketing team is responsible for delivering breakout campaigns with content that reaches millions of highly engaged players. The Contract Marketing Coordinator is responsible for tracking and delivering asset requests both internally and externally. They will work closely with the marketing team and external partners to ensure the marketing team has the necessary time and details to deliver the requested assets. With asset reviews, the Contract Marketing Coordinator will ensure all appropriate stakeholders are looped in and their feedback is received, collated, and delivered on time.

Estimated Duration: 12 Months

During these uncertain times and rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, all positions at Bungie are subject to onboarding and working virtually/remotely. Once the studio is fully reopened, most work is expected to be performed in-person at our main headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.

Responsibilities

  • Awareness of all asset requests and reviews, both internal and external
  • Gather and prepare all necessary specs required for asset delivery
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders on tasks as determined by the Senior Marketing Managers
  • Organize and collate feedback from multiple parties and effectively communicate major points
  • Provide production support to Publishing/Marketing and other internal publishing functions
  • Maintain asset pipelines to ensure timely delivery as required to promote and publish the finished product
  • Maintain the schedule, identify risks and escalate issues to the Senior Marketing Managers when appropriate. Ensure action items and due dates are followed up on
  • Communicate effectively and leave no doubt about the plan of record

Required Skills

  • Production/product management experience in internal games production/publishing
  • Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills
  • Ability to operate under strict deadlines
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure, demanding environment
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must be adaptable and willing to handle daily randomization

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with Asana
  • Experience with Confluence
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge and Acrobat
  • Familiarity with various still and motion media outputs such as PNGs, GIFs and H.264
  • Experience with DSLRs and general photography
